Moving on to July and resident Titan Boeing 737‑436 G‑POWS returned
from the USA on the 11th after conversion to a freighter.
July saw an influx of first time visitors, particularly executive jets.
The more interesting of the executive visitors are listed below.
Emirates started their second daily service from July and used Boeing
777s other than those in the A6‑EQ* range on the 2nd, 3rd, 9th, 10th
and 11th. First visits continue as Pegasus continue to receive new
Airbus A320neos, as do Laudamotion with standard A320s.
From the first of July FedEx replaced their ageing Airbus A300‑600s
on the Dublin connector service with a Boeing 767, initially N109FE,
which had visited previously on proving services. However on the 16th
N129FE put in its first appearance.

LOW HILL FARM, NORTH MOOR, MESSINGHAM, N. LINCS – Rans S.6
G‑MZEN has moved in here from its previous base at Mount Airey Farm,
South Cave.

LYDD, KENT – Noted here on 1st June was Piper PA‑23‑250F G‑BMFD,
which seems to have moved in from Headcorn. On the 21st AutoGyro
MTOSport G‑CGJC (Beneden owner) was reported as resident.

MANCHESTER, GTR MCR – Further to last month, the Museum of
Science & Industry’s Belvedere HC.1 XG454, also owned by the RAF
Museum, has already been allocated to the Helicopter Museum at
Weston‑super‑Mare.

MANSTON, KENT – A recent announcement states that Manston
Airport in Kent is planned to reopen for cargo and commercial
passenger operations. RiverOak Strategic Partners Limited advised on
10th July that it has exchanged contracts with the airport’s current
owners to purchase “all its interests in the Manston Airport, with the
sale expected to be finalized next week”.

It was a busy month for executive jets but only a few of real
interest, including two more new Gulfstream 280s routing to the USA
on delivery. The new Embraer Praetor made its first appearance on
28th May. All of the Shell European based corporate jets where briefly
on the ground together on 3rd June.
