Faces – May 2019

Dear Kylie,

Right now, it’s very cold in Montreal. It’s good weather

for skiing, skating, and tubing. My favorite season is

summer because I get to go to the pool, go biking, and I

love visiting an amusement park called La Ronde. Do you

have an amusement park in New Hampshire?

Quick question, is the pen pal a school assignment?

Hi Sofia!

Here in New Hampshire, it is also really cold. I like to

go skiing as well. It’s hard for me to pick a favorite season,

but I also enjoy summer because I love to swim in the

ocean and be on vacation from school for a few months.

In New Hampshire, we have a few amusement parks.

One of my favorites is Canobie Lake Park. A lot of people

go there, and during October nights, it turns into a scary

haunted amusement park. I have also been to Disney

World and Universal Studios in Florida. Those are amazing

amusement parks.

Lastly, to answer your question, no, this is not for a

school assignment. It’s really cool because this is for a

magazine called FACES. I will make sure you get a copy.
