In accordance with Article 11 of the Articles of Association and Constitution, the Annual General Meeting 2019 will be held at

Stephenson Harwood, 18th Floor United Centre, 95 Queensway Central, Hong Kong on Wednesday 12 June 2019 at 16:30. The agenda is

set out below. The AGM will take place the day before the Technical Seminar.

In accordance with Article 22 of the Articles of Association and Constitution, Council shall notify all members of vacancies which are to

occur among the officers and members of Council at the Annual General Meeting on 12 June 2019 (as shown below).

In accordance with Article 22 of the Articles of Association and Constitution, any two members entitled to vote may nominate eligible

persons for election to Council – please send your nomination in writing to the Chief Executive at NIHQ ([email protected]).

Proxy noice: members unable to attend may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
