with part 2 of our 3-part series quilt, and
end up with an amazing sampler quilt
that’s truly out of this world.Fabric yardage requirements are listed in
part 1, but the cutting is given separately
with each part of the series. Part 2 of this
pattern includes the cutting instructions
and construction for blocks X, Y, and Z,
and sections for the piecing in border 1.
Save all leftover navy and light aqua
fabrics for the cutting requirements in
part 3.Use an accurate ¼ ̋ seam allowance
throughout to ensure all elements of
the quilt fi t together well. Handle all bias
edges carefully to avoid distortion.NOTE: Fabrics in the quilt shown are
from the Kona Cotton Solids collection
