How to mount Robin tags key
your gift tags
Cut out your design, leaving
four or five squares (eight or
10 rows) of fabric around the
edge. Fray the edges a little
by pulling out a few threads
all the way round, then back
the stitching with white
paper. Carefully stick the
design to your chosen base
card using strips of double-
sided tape, then punch a
hole in the top of the tag as
shown, and finally thread
baker’s twine through, for a
festive finishing touch.
“These tags will take experienced stitchers very
little time to complete, so you can stitch and mount
the whole collection easily – all ready to add a
personalised touch to your wrapping.”
