This yarn from Armscote Manor is a plump British DK, spun

from the fleeces of a conservation grazing flock, and one of the

oldest known breeds in England. It comes in a trio of undyed

colours – a creamy Portland Sheep shade, or light and dark

grey blends with Black Welsh Mountain wool. Each has a rich

marled effect and knits up into a strong, hardwearing fabric.
