Start crocheting
Sweater is worked from top down, starting
from shoulders and working flat until all
pieces are joined in the round. Start by
working on Back, followed by Left Front
and Right Front, worked in other side of
foundation chain of Back piece. Front and
Back are then joined together in the round
to form Bodice. Sleeves and Cowl are
worked next, both are folded over once
sweater is completed.
Working in both rows and rounds requires
turning work after each row or round,
however, when working in rows always
make a turning 3 ch; when working in
rounds, never make a turning chain.
Unless otherwise stated, work du-cl and
dd-cl stitches in 3ch-sp of previous row.
Finished length is easily adjustable. While
working on rnds 29-35 of Bodice, simply
work more or fewer rounds to get to the
length you prefer, if you work more you
may need more yarn.
