1 Make a
template
To make a template for
the peppermint stripes,
cut a circle fromcellophane. Secure
the ends with
twine then ribbon.
Thread a length of
monofi lament cord
through ribbons

onto cardstock and

stripes for each plate.
Attach the paper
stripes to the back
of a plate using an
all-purpose glue
