put flaxseed and chia

in my smoothies.

But sometimes (often)

I’m just not a smarty.

Workout: I take long,

long walks and am

a big fan of a one-hour

yoga class. When I’m in

L.A. I work out with my

trainer Bryna Bidinger.

To wind down: I write.

I make myself sit still

and listen to one song

completely, without

moving or thinking.

I read aloud to Ben.

We just bought a new

to fit us both, as often
