a drone I can’t see because

SQUAD GOALS

What saves Breakpoint from

being an unmitigated disaster
is its shooting. Gunplay is

strong, and even when facing

higher-level enemies bad guys
can be downed with one-hit-

kill headshots. Yet even these

THE OPM BREAKDOWN

One of the worst open worlds
Ubisoft has released. Even if its

the time you read this, this
is one seriously uninspired

Destiny-style levelling system,

  • it’s as dull and uninspired as

    Even if these competitive

come close to making up for
    the horribly misfiring main
    event Breakpoint’s campaign
serves up. Play this and you’re
    begging to be broken.

SHOTS FIRED
The one thing Breakpoint has going
for it is its gun combat. Whether
you’re firing in first person or third,

GLITCH, PLEASE

IS IT BETTER THAN?

Though hugely patchy,
Wildlands’ Bolivia is a

The dystopian shooter

Breakpoint’s guns can’t
compete with Destiny’s
excellent arsenal.
