(EAS),anaudio‑visualsystemsintegrationcompanyin
SoutheastAsiathatremainsamarketleaderininnovation.
Similarly,TzeTzedecidedtomakeherownway
aftercompletinghertertiaryeducationintheUK.She
livedinHongKongfor 10 years,workingfirstinthe
telecommunicationsindustry,thenthebiotechsector,
beforemovingbacktoSingaporein2016.Sheisnowan
executivedirectorofEAS,andherexperienceofdifferent
corporateenvironmentshasdefinitelygivenherabroader
perspectiveandmoreagility.
Thetelecommunicationsfieldwasfast‑pacedand
extremelydynamic,whereasdealingwithR&Dand
internationalregulatoryagenciesinthebiotechindustry
requiredmuchmorepatience,shereflects.Helpingtorun
