The female nose is treated quite differently from the male nose, in
that the definition between the bone and cartilage areas isn’t as
defined. Instead, it is often quite smooth, which is what makes it
appear feminine. The chiseled look is a masculine look. Note that the
ball at the end of the female nose is small and subtle.
