eyes are on tender Mexican
tamales. From the freshly
steamed corn masa to the
savory, saucy, spicy (and

there’s nothing we don’t
love about tamales. Jackfruit
verde, sweet potato-black
bean-spinach, jalapeño
and cheese, or pineapple-
coconut drizzled with vegan
condensed milk ... we love
them all. This year, change
things up and add some spice
to your holiday tradition.
