I loved your article on
volunteering in issue 27! I have
just started volunteering in
a Cancer Research UK shop
and it’s the best thing I have ever
done – it’s lifted my spirits no
end and I’ve made some fantastic
friends. I would recommend to
anyone that they try this, it’s
so rewarding.

I would just like to let you know
how much I really enjoyed the
mindful activity book which
came with issue 28. It arrived
just in time for the UK’s mini
heatwave, so it was perfect tobe able to sit in the garden with
a nice cup of tea and enjoy the
sun and the puzzles. It was most
relaxing and therapeutic, taking
my mind away from the daily
stresses for a couple of hours.
I’m so glad I discovered your
magazine and all the interesting
and varied articles you cover.

Life has been so hectic these
past few months – so much so
that I haven’t had time to read
my forever loved In The Moment
magazines, so I am having a
self-care day to catch up with
a few issues. I’m chilling in our
