product development, based on feedback from cus-
tomers.
■Ensure that sales promotions result in 1:1.5 payback
ratio.
Sales Training/Communication
■Conduct sales training seminars for subordinates at
least once every two months.
■Develop strategy for sharing successful selling tech-
niques.
■Diagnose and address skill gaps in supervised sales
staff.
■Develop a modular training program for newly hired
salespeople.
■Coordinate with marketing and production to prepare
sales staff for new product rollout.
■Ensure that sales materials and brochures are available
to sales staff when required.
■Provide sales projections to production to ensure that
all orders can be filled on time.
■Provide monthly sales reports to VP Sales no later than
5th of next month.
■Notify VP Sales of anticipated sales shortfalls no later
than 15th of sales month.
■Forecast monthly sales projections that are no more
than +/- 12% off actuals.
