■Ensure that all employees understand emergency pro-
cedures for dealing with violent situations.

preventing theft and violence.
■Ensure that all employees are trained and able to use
observation and incident-reporting tools properly.

office before 15th of each month.
■Identify employee skill deficits that may negatively
affect safety and security.
