‘ADDIT’ SOFA
by Werner Aisslinger and
Tina Bunyaprasit
The ‘Addit’ sofa’s many functions are put
to work in this so-called ‘landscape’,
created by designers Werner Aisslinger and
Tina Bunyaprasit for Rolf Benz. The pair
looked at how the sofa is used within the
home, ranging from a place to watch movies
or eat breakfast to a home office addition.
They argue that families gravitate towards
the sofa as their favourite place in the
house, and decided to make it more
functional, adding useful components,
such as shelving, rails and small tables.

‘RIPPED AND TEARED’ RUG
by Joost van Bleiswijk
Joost van Bleiswijk’s ‘Ripped and Teared
and Colored Carpet 2’ rug for Nodus
is based on the gesture of ripping up paper,
and colours are layered as though they
are torn sheets strewn across the floor.

‘NON-OBJECTIVE’ TABLES
by Morgane Roux
Inspired by the bold, geometric shapes and
simple colour palettes of the Suprematist
movement, Morgane Roux created a series
of tables in which a glass top functions
as a frame for the series of colourful objects
used to prop it up.
