Few desserts are as iconic as crème brûlée, with its
vanilla-f lecked custard beneath a glassy caramel
surface. But even a classic can benefit from a
simple spin for the season. Consider a chocolate
pudding topped with graham crackers and toasted
marshmallow, an orange-infused custard topped with
candied citrus, and a pumpkin version reminiscent of
that golden pie you wait for all year.
