964 CHRYSLER
300K CONVERTIBLE
$68,500
C
hryslers were really in their heyday
in the ’60s — bigger, wider, longer,
more powerful.
This Chrysler really is a true muscle
car precursor. The hard top coupés were
everywhere but the convertible option is a
much rarer creation. Only 625 were ever
made.
This one has the big engine option: a
413 cubic inch, four barrel Carter carb
engine mated to the three-speed automatic
transmission. The very low mileage car is
loaded with options that include power
everything — brakes, steering, windows,
seats, and convertible top. It has an AM/
FM radio, tachometer, bucket seats, and
a console shifter, which was unique to the
letter models.
The cream over tan upholstery, the paint,
and the convertible top have all been been
redone. The car has its original steel wheels
and hubcaps, but a set of 15-inch American
Racing wheels are included. This is a mostly
original survivor.
This car fires up and drives very well, even
excellently. All the power accessories work.
Imported into New Zealand on 16 July this
year, the Chrysler is ready to be driven and
enjoyed. It will be sold registered and warranted.

BMW E30 M3
$84,999
T
he BMW E30 M3 was an instant
classic, and it has gone on to become
more and more desirable as it has aged.
It was launched in 1986, and almost every
body panel was different from those on the
standard saloon. Flared wheel arches and a
boot spoiler made it stand out in the crowd,
but they were for much more than effect. The
Getrag five-speed manual, clutch-type limited
slip diff and the 200bhp DOHC motor attest
to that.
This 1990 car was imported into New
Zealand in 1993 and professionally converted
to RHD. The car is “as tight as a drum”, and
the Christchurch agent recommends that
you make an appointment to see it. This is a
chance to own a rare and desirable classic car.
