Classifieds scammers trick online shoppers
on classified websites into thinking they’re
dealing with a legitimate contact. Their scams
attempt to dupe victims into giving away their
money and potentially their personal details.

a good idea to exercise caution of offers that
seem too good to be true.

SELLERS SCAMMING BUYERS
Scammers pose as genuine sellers and post
fake ads on classifieds websites. Their ads may
