correct trays to ensure
even baking and browning.
We use flat aluminium
trays, which have little or
no sides. This allows heat
to circulate properly and
ensures even browning.
For an easy piping bag,
transfer icing to a
disposable snaplock bag
and snip a small edge
with a pair of scissors.
