SchmidtofHuntandDesignwastoreplacetheexisting 1990 s decorwith“asophisticatedand

timeless”designthatwouldmakea statement.It neededtobeopenplanwitha butler’spantry

and a layout that lent itself to both entertaining friends and intimate meals with family.
