It wasa fairlyorganicprocess.I knewI wanted
tousesomeofthepressed-tinpanelsthat
wesellatIcoTraders.Therestwasdesigned
byhanddrawinganda little bit of basic
computersketching.Didyourdaughters,HenriettaandMatilda,
getinvolvedwiththedesignstage?Thegirls
bothhadlotsofsayinthebathroom,butthere
weresomethingsI vetoed,mostlybecause
ofthecost.Theshowerwasdesignedby
thegirls(therainshowerandtiledfootrest
recessweremust-havesforthem)butthe
blushpinkdoorcamefromme.If they’d
hadtheirway,everything would have been
black and white.Any bigchallengesorsetbacks?Theasbestos
really set us back both in terms of cost and time.Wasit DIYordidyouusetradies?Apartfromsome
of thepainting,wehadhelpwitheverything.
