Whipthemascarpone,

remainingBaileystogether
untilthemixholdssoft
peaks. Transfer to a piping

bagorsandwichbag.

Gas6.Slicetheciabatta
into8 slicesonthediagonal,
asthinlyaspossible.Lightly
drizzlewitholiveoil,sprinkle

for 10 minsoruntilcrispand
turning golden. Allow to cool.
