The favourite rooms in the home are the main
bedroom and the formal lounge.
“They were both designed in their own unique
way and have the best in stylish taste,” says the
home owner.
The formal lounge is stunning with a modern
design decorated in neutral and natural colours
and boasting a contemporary feel. Taking the
floating staircase upstairs, we find the second
favourite room – the main bedroom. The
deep blue of the headboard and linen give the
impression of a room fit for royalty while the
thick, lush curtains and carpet add a sense of
comfort and warmth. The en suite bathroom is
massive and boasts a stunning Pescadero bath.
This bath is inspired by the sea and features a
unique, wave-shaped rim. The bath is deep and
double-ended, which makes it perfect for either
one or two people. The bath is complemented by
his-and-her countertop basins above, which are
two individual beautifully lit mirrors which once
again give the impression of spa-like luxury.

automated roller blinds are used to cover large

Another prerequisite was an off-centre island to create flow.
Linear Concepts also added a TV which enables the family to
cook, watch TV, and do homework in the same space.
