Living and Loving – September 2019

“For me, it’s not so much what becoming a mother has taught me,
but what my daughter has taught me. She taught me to be patient,
laugh at everything, appreciate the small things we so often overlook,
to find wonder in every day, be open to learning all the time, have
a breakdown and cry when you need to, but to pick yourself up the
next moment and carry on. Also, no matter how tough it seems at the
time, anything is possible. And a hug fixes all problems.”

“It’s quite scary
to realise one has
the power to influence
somone so much. I had to
learn to be very careful of
what I do and say. They
imitate everything but
still come with their own
unique personalities.”
