To remember something, you must want
to remember it. If you don’t care about it,
you will quickly forget it. Sometimes you
forget people’s names. Maybe you don’t
care, or you aren’t paying attention. You
need to focus to remember something.
Repeat a person’s name several times,
so you can focus on it. Practice helps your
memory. Take some time at night to review
things from the day. Writing something
down helps you remember, so make notes.
If you try, you can remember things.
