Are you tired? Maybe you need more sleep. Sleep gives you
energy for the day. How much sleep do you need? Adults
need seven to nine hours of sleep each night. Teens need
more. They need eight to10 hours of sleep every night. Don’t
stay up too late. Follow a regular sleep schedule. Go to bed
and get up at the same time every day.

movies at night. I enjoy
