peppermint gives back
At Peppermint we’re committed to supporting social
and environmental charities. For our Spring Issue Pep-
permint is donating $250 to Seven Women, which
pays for one child to attend school for one year –
covering the fees, textbooks, stationery, uniform,
school lunches and more.

Peppermint is printed in Sydney at Ovato – an ISO
14001 environmentally accredited company – using
Australian-made, PEFC-Certified, Carbon Neutral-
certified paper from well-managed forests that
comply with environmentally sustainable practices.
Peppermint is now proudly offsetting its carbon
emissions through the Carbon Neutral Australian
Gold Standard-Certified Reforestation Yarra Yarra
Biodiversity Project. This reforestation project
works with Traditional Owners in revegetating over
10,000 hectares of degraded farmland with native
trees and shrubs for carbon sequestration, in one of
only 35 globally recognised biodiversity ‘hotspots’.
Aboriginal inclusion and participation also extends
to cultural heritage surveys of land pre-planting,
resulting in five aboriginal heritage sites being reg-
istered with the Department of Aboriginal Affairs.
