Working from the center outward, pipe
concentric circles of meringue mixture
until circle is fi lled.

Pipe 1 to 2 extra layers onto perimeters of
rounds to form a rim around the edge of
each circle.

Repeat piping procedure to fi ll all traced
circles.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trace 2-inch circles onto parchment. Flip
parchment over.
