Clearly they are not cars and buyers have

no alternative other than motorhomes

low-emitting hybrids or zero-emission electric

options yet.

Surely the aim is to encourage us to buy

the least-polluting models and yet, with t his

sugges ted tax change, the Treasury appears to

be doing the op posite.
