“WITH THE MAJORITY OF MEMBERS
INTO USING THEIR CARS ON-TRACK,
THREE SISTERS WAS DULY BOOKED”
Great to see Ben Wilde’s Mk2 Granada back out.
Slippery when (slightly) wet.
Opened in the late ‘70s. Three Sisters circuit near
Wigan in the north west of the UK is named after the
three infamous slag heaps that used to reside on the
land the circuit now operates on — a by-product of
the nearby Garswood Hall Colliery. Originally built
as a karting circuit, the layout is super-tight and
twisty — perfect for putting a classic Ford through
its paces — and now hosts drifting, Supermoto,
Minimoto, ACU racing, rallies and sprints, and of
course karting, on either the outer or inner circuits.
