was painted Light Gull Grey. The rudder was
painted Satin White, the top of the stabiliser was
painted Signal Green and the anti-glare panel
was painted Matt Black. Then I applied a coat of
Aqua Gloss in preparation for the decals. The
decals were a mix of those in the kit and the
ones supplied with the Brengun Toilet Bomb,

and these were left to set overnight. The kit

comes with an impressive array of bombs

and rockets and I chose those that closely

matched the ones in my reference pictures.

The body of the bombs were painted Olive

Drab, and their noses were painted Yellow. The

‘Toilet Bomb’ was made up of an etched rack

that had to be bent into shape. The toilet bowl

itself was made out of resin and the bomb fuse

in front was an etched part that looks like a

tiny propeller. The ‘Toilet Bomb’ came without

a tailin, so I cut one of the bombs from the

kit to it and painted it red like the one in my
