Frank Luque couldn’t resist building this Revell 1968 Corvette out of
the box. He splurged on aftermarket decals for James Garner’s No. 44
L88 race car and House of Kolor paints.

Don Hollensen spent 700 hours on
his 1937 GMS COE well-drilling
truck, scratchbuilding 90% of the
Peterbilt frame and 100% of the
Boyd well rig. He detailed with
Grandt Line nuts and bolts,
machined more than 200 gears,
and all the parts move!

Paul Johnston shows his love for Group B rally cars with this Aoshima
Audi Sport Quattro S1. He dressed up the rallycross rumbler in photo-
etched metal details and markings from Beemax.

You can practically hear the chest-rattling growl of this custom
chopper. Nigel Bannister wired the engine, ran brake lines, and gave his
green machine a real leather saddle.

Lily Ann Amburgey, 10, decided to make a replica of her mom’s PT
Cruiser. She built Revell’s kit box stock and finished it with acrylic
paint. Nice detailing, Lily!
