http://www.completekitcar.co.uk September 2019 81Aluminium floor was cut using cardboard templates.Wide wheels require wide tyres...Autometer dials were chosen for their size......before the air vent was moulded in.The new fire-proof cockpit improved safety......and arches....as it makes them easy to read at speed.Early cage wasn’t as substantial as the current one....as well as fit and finish.Rebuilt transmission only has 2 speeds.Original Corvette engine’s intake poked through...This is how the Phaeton looked for many years.Shafiroff engine came from the States... ...and needed detuning for road use.
