The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne has
grown to be a major event that puts the
Australian city in the spotlight, and,
in its 10thyear, will welcome the king of
Bollywood – Shah Rukh Khan – as the chief
guest. Founded by the government of
Victoria to promote their association with
the Indian film industry, it is one of the
biggest Indian film festivals in the southern
hemisphere and every year, attracts
audiences that are about 35,000-strong.
This year’s theme, “Courage”, celebrates
inclusivity and diversity in Indian cinema.
Fans can catch a glimpse of the vibrant
world of Indian cinema in the presence
of one of the most beloved Bollywood
icons in the industry.

At only 20, Shawn Mendes can sweep massive
crowds off their feet; and he has bagged numerous
prizes and nominations at award shows such as the
Grammys, EMAs, and People’s Choice. The first
artiste to become world famous and score a record
deal via the Vine app, he is all set to kick off the solo
concert tour for his third self-titled studio album.
The set list features the latest favourites like In my
blood and Nervous, and fans will also be treated
to some old favourites like Treat you better.
The concert, produced by AEG Presents Asia,
spans more than 100 dates across five continents
and is sure to enthral fans of the Gen-Z heartthrob.
