WHAT YOU NEED
handful crushed ice
1 Granny Smith apple, cut
into wedges
rind of 1 lemon,
thinly sliced
500ml (2 cups) store-
bought/home-made
ginger beer
125ml (½ cup) brandy

1 Divide the crushed ice,
apple wedges and lemon
rind between 2 glasses.
