From line dancing to Haçienda nights, Preen by
Thornton Bregazzi’s runway presented a history
ofdance in the UK, while newcomer menswear
designer Saul Nash cast dancers to model for his
streetwear-inspired AW19 show. On the Lacoste
runway, 2O-year-old Jamaican-Ghanaian Alton
Mason (pictured on page 131) was the star
walker. Having danced for the likes of P Diddy
and Lil’ Kim, he made history as the first black
male model to walk for Chanel at last year’s
Métiers d’Art show. Want in on the trend without
