STEP 1: You can begin by putting your board
on the grass and just practice balancing on
your back wheels. The grass keeps the board
from rolling away from you and you can just
focus on the balancing part.
STEP 2: Then go on the flat concrete and try.
Be sure to get some speed, this can make it^
easier.
STEP 3: Set yourself a target from when you
want to start lifting the front wheels off the
ground. Using the cracks in the pavement
is the best thing to use as markers. Score
yourself because then you’ll know if your
improving or not.
STEP 4: Practice going up and down, each
time trying to travel further and further on
your two wheels
STEP 5: Lifting your front leg off the board
a little and using your arms will help you^
balance better.
STEP 6: Congratulations! You are now doing
a manual.
