Neck edging: With MC, smaller 16" cir

needle, and RS facing, beg at neckband

end-of-rnd, pick up and knit 130 (144,

144, 152, 156, 161) sts evenly spaced

around neck opening (1 st for each

BO neckband st). Knit 3 rnds; these rnds

will roll to the RS. BO all sts. Weave in

ends. Block to measurements.
