place in London’s Knightsbridge,
honouring inspiring women

emotionally-charged
inaugural Star Women
awards in association
with leading British
luxury childrenswear retailer
Childrensalon. Celebrity judges
were Vogue Williams, Rochelle
Humes, Saira Khan, Hibo
Wardere, Hello! editor-in-chief
Rosie Nixon and Kate Silverton,
who also hosted.
WINNERS Sarah, Duchess of
York, received Inspiration of the
Year for her work with charity
Street Child, presented by Beverley
Knight. Fresh off the Spice World
tour, Mel B attended, winning
Campaigner of the Year. Fashion
Game-Changer was presented
to HFM cover girl Charli Howard.
“To receive my first award is
incredible and the room is full
of other amazing women,”
she beamed. Guests were also
touched by the Hubb Community
Kitchen, who were awarded the
Community Award for the support
they continue to give to fellow
survivors of the Grenfell Tower.
FOOD AND DRINKGuests
at Searcys at 30 Pavilion
Road enjoyed a three-course
lunch washed down with Lanson
Champagne and wine by
Hunter’s from Jeroboams.
