Our Cover Model Kathryn Budig started practicing yoga as a student at the University of
Virginia in 2001. After four years, she moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career and
also did a yoga teacher training course at YogaWorks, where she began her yoga teaching
career. Along the road, she modeled for ToeSox, appeared on the cover of Yoga Journal
U.S. edition, became the yoga editor at Women’s Health magazine and wrote their Big
Book of Yoga (published in 2012 b Rodale). In 2011, she left LA and moved to Florida, where
she continued teaching yoga and also released the Gaiam DVD Aim True Yoga. In 2018,
