Everything Rugelach

MAKES 24 ✦ COST PER RUGELACH 11¢

Heat oven to 400°F. Sprinkle
2 Tbsp grated Parmesan evenly
on 1 refrigerated rolled pie crust,
then roll dough to ⅛ in. thick. Flip
over and spread with 1 oz cream
cheese (at room temperature) and
sprinkle with 1½ Tbsp everything
seasoning. Using a pizza cutter, cut
dough into 24 wedges. Beginning
with the outer edge, roll up each
wedge all the way to the center
point; transfer to a parchment-
lined baking sheet. Brush tops with
beaten egg, then sprinkle with
additional seasoning. Bake until
golden brown and centers are
no longer raw, 12 to 15 minutes.

Everything Chicken Fingers with Wedge Salad

(^1) Heat oven to 375°F. Place a wire rack
on a large rimmed baking sheet.
(^2) In a bowl, combine panko, oil, and ½ cup
seasoning. Working with 1 piece at a time,
dredge chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
Dip into eggs, then roll in panko mixture,
pressing firmly to evenly coat; transfer to
prepared sheet. Bake until golden brown
and crisp, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with
Buttermilk Dressing and iceberg wedges.
Buttermilk Dressing: Whisk together
½ cup each buttermilk and sour cream,
¼ cup flat-leaf parsley, 2 Tbsp Dijon
mustard, and 2 tsp everything seasoning.
