talks run daily across several
stages, live extreme challenges

immersive feature displays

Patisserie Valerie has launched its brand-new
menu which includes classic patisserie and
gateaux which the high-street café chain is
best k now n for, a long w it h f ive ind iv idua l
pat isser ie t hat have been reworked using high
quality ingredients to produce exciting new
f lavours, better textures and creative designs!
The mouth-watering treats include
Strawberry Gateau – Layers of light vanilla
sponge filled with whipped cream & fresh
strawberries with a strawberry glaze,
Double Choc – moist dark chocolate sponge
layers with dark luxury chocolate cream,
finished with chocolate ganache & a white &
dark chocolate swirl, Blackforest – chocolate
sponge layered with whipped cream &
cherries finished with amarena cherries &
chocolate fans, Baked Cheesecake – a light
vanilla cream cheese baked on a crumbly
biscuit base and Mille-Feuille – crispy
but ter r ich puf f pa st r y layers f illed with St.
Honore cream, decorated with fondant icing.
