AT-A-GLANCE GUIDE
Hotel with a twist
The remaining design contestants
head to The Chocolate Boutique
Hotel in Bournemouth this week.
Their challenge? To design rooms
with a dark, milk or white chocolate
theme! Guest judge Jade Jagger is
on hand with jet-set lifestyle advice.
Off to the Tower!
The Tower of London is famous for its
ravens, and as this series begins, we
meet ravenmaster Chris, who’s bred
the first raven chicks born there in 30
years. But sadly, only one can stay...
Hero dogs!
Sean Fletcher heads into the Lake
District to find out about the jobs of
working animals. First up, he joins
the Cockermouth Mountain Rescue
Team to see search-and-rescue dogs
in action. And among the dogs he
meets is 15-week-old Jura (above),
a border collie pup who is learning
the ropes from the older dogs. How
long will it be before Jura saves
lives in the Cumbrian wilderness?
What makes us windy?
Protein supplements are popular
with gym-goers, but in this one-off
Food Unwrapped special, we find
out whether they really work. We
also learn which foods give us wind!
A life of luxury
Step aboard the world’s most
luxurious cruise ship, the Seven Seas
Explorer. This documentary goes
behind the scenes of the six-star
floating hotel. With its priceless
artworks and chandeliers costing
millions, stays don’t come cheap –
suites cost up to £8,000 per night!
Does the crew have what it takes to
deliver what their guests expect?
Our amazing octopus!
The Octopus in My House
BBC (^2) • 9pm
Pets come in all shapes and sizes,
but few are as unusual as this fishy
one! Professor David Scheel and
his daughter Laurel have bonded
with their pet octopus called Heidi,
which has nine brains, three hearts
and blue blood running through its
veins. This documentary shows us
how Heidi can unravel puzzles,
seems to recognise individual
people, and even watches TV!
They both married the women of
their dreams and have started
families, but are royal brothers
William and Harry starting to fall
out with each other? Rumours of
a rift are rife in the media, but this
documentary assesses whether
there’s any truth to them. The show
features credible interviews as it
analyses how the princes’ sibling
relationship has changed over time,
from the strong bond formed by their
mother’s tragic death in 1997, when
they were just boys, to meeting their
wives, Kate and Meghan, and now
becoming dads. If cracks are
appearing in this modern generation
of royals, what could it mean for
Britain in a new turbulent era?
