An exhausted tiger has been found

napping insideahouse in Assam,

north-east India. The animal had

escaped heavy flooding inKaziranga

NationalPark and decided the house

wasagood placetoshelter.The

alarmedfamily left as soon as they

spotted the sleepy guest, andcalled

the WildlifeTrust of India, who safely

removed the animal. Staff had to block

anearby motorway for an hour and let

off firecrackers in order towake it up,

beforeguiding it back to the jungle.

farmers. Over the past three years, the slime of African giant snails has become

worth morethan gold, because people believe that it has ingredients thatcan
