Line rimmed baking sheet with wax
paper. Place 6 (3"x2") cake rings on
ba k ing sheet. To ma ke crust, in food
processor, pulse cookies until finely ground.
Evenly divide cookie crumbs among rings;
with spoon, press crumbs to ma ke an even
layer in bottom of each.

In heatproof bowl, combine cream cheese
and chocolate; place over pot of hot, but

not boiling, water, and whisk until mixture
is melted and smooth. Remove bowl from
pot; cool mixture. Place whipped topping
in large bowl; using rubber spatuala, gently
fold in cream cheese mixture until blended
and smooth. Transfer 1^2 ⁄ 3 cups mixture to
separate bowl; stir in blackberry jam until
blended. Transfer 1^2 ⁄ 3 of remaining plain
mixture to another bowl; stir in raspberry
jam until blended.

Dividing evenly, layer blackberry, plain
and raspberry mousses in rings. Cover;
freeze until firm, about 2 hrs. To unmold, let
mousses stand at room temp. until slightly
softened around edges, about 5 min. Lift off
rings. Serve garnished with berries.
