O CHILLY-CHIC COOLER
Setting fragrant garden blooms afloat in
a beverage bucket filled with water and
ice creates a surprisingly stylish accent,
says Winslow. To do : Fill a clear ice
bucket^3 ⁄ 4 full with cold water and 2 cups
of ice. Place bottles of water, seltzer or
wine inside. Snip a garden rose stem to
8" and add to water. The finishing touch:
Snip three garden roses and one mari-
gold to 1" and simply float them on top.

with the latest party trend: tabletop
accents infused with flowers and ice!

OTOO-CUTE ICE CUBES
The key to creating floral ice
cubes that will take any beverage
from plain to so-pretty? “Gradually fill
and freeze trays with water so the blooms
are perfectly centered in each cube, rather
than floating at the top,” says Winslow.
To do : Fill wells of an ice cube tray^1 ⁄^3 of the
way with water; freeze. Add 1 edible bloom
(like organic borage) to each well, then add
water until wells are^2 ⁄ 3 full; freeze. Fill wells
to the top with water; freeze.
