Donald Trump has dismissed staff from the Oval Office as readily as he did contestants from the boardroom
of Trump Tower as host of NBC’s The Apprentice.
Few have lingered longer in the memory than Anthony Scaramucci.
Since being fired as White House director of communications after just 11 days in July 2017, the former
investment banker has dined out on his experience of the inner workings of the Trump administration,
