SOYA-AND-GINGER-
GLAZED LAMB CHOPS
WITH BROCCOLINI
Serves 3 EASY 40 mins + 2 hrs,
to marinate
WHAT YOU NEED
80ml (⅓ cup) soya sauce
1 tbsp honey
zest and juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
6 lamb loin chops
250g broccolini, blanched
salt, to taste
lime halves, to serveHOW TO DO IT
1 Place the soya sauce, honey, lemon
zest and juice, grated ginger and
crushed garlic in a large bowl. Mix until
well combined. Add the lamb chops
and toss to coat well. Cover with cling
film and set aside to marinate at room
temperature, about 2 hours.
2 Heat a griddle pan until hot. Place
the marinated chops in the pan andgrill over high heat until cooked and
charred in places, about 5 minutes
per side. Grill the fat cap until crispy,
about 2 minutes. Place the blanched
broccoliniinthegriddlepanwiththe
chopsandgrilluntilbrightgreen.
Remove from heat and season with
the salt to taste.
3 Serve the lamb chops with the
broccolini. Enjoy with the lime halves
